Acceptance of the Terms of Trade

  1. These Terms of Trade apply to you, an individual purchasing products from Hidden Maverick on www.hiddenmaverick.com. Together with your order, our Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, they constitute the entire agreement between you and Hidden Maverick.
  2. Please read these Terms carefully. By placing an order on www.hiddenmaverick.com, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.


Amendment to the Terms of Trade

  1. Hidden Maverick may update these Terms from time to time to comply with law or changing business requirements. Any updates apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted on our website.


Definitions and Application

  1. In these Terms:
    • “Hidden Maverick” means Hidden Maverick Ltd.
    • “You” or “Your” means the individual placing an order.
    • “Products” means Hidden Maverick products available on www.hiddenmaverick.com.
    • “Product Subtotal” means the sum of the price of each Product ordered as displayed on the website at the time of order submission.



Geographic Area

  1. Online sales of Products are intended only for residents of the United Kingdom and Europe and for delivery within this area.


Products

  1. Products covered by these Terms are those displayed on www.hiddenmaverick.com, subject to availability.
  2. Hidden Maverick will use reasonable efforts to ensure product images are accurate. Product appearance on your device may vary from the actual product.


Shipping Costs and Deliveries

  1. We aim to deliver products to the address you specify within the estimated timeframes, but delivery dates and times are indicative and not guaranteed.


Orders

  1. To submit an order for Products you must:
    (a) complete and submit the online order through the Hidden Maverick checkout.
  2. Hidden Maverick reserves the right to refuse any order. In such case, Hidden Maverick will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable, providing you with the reasons for such refusal, and refund to you any payment in full.
  3. Once Hidden Maverick has accepted your order an order confirmation email will be sent to you at which point these Terms of Trade will become binding on you and Hidden Maverick. The status of your order will be shown on your Hidden Maverick order confirmation.


Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of submitting your order applies.
  2. Total payment includes:
    (a) Product Subtotal
    (b) Delivery charges
  3. Payment methods accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, American Express, Diners Club, or PayPal. Payments are processed securely via SSL encryption.
  4. Hidden Maverick does not offer price matching.


Liability

  1. Hidden Maverick is liable only for loss or damage that is a natural and foreseeable consequence of breaching these Terms.
  2. If you fail to pay, Hidden Maverick may:
    (a) Withhold or dispose of Products; and/or
    (b) Refuse future transactions without liability for resulting losses.
  3. You are responsible for determining the suitability of Products. Products are for domestic use only; Hidden Maverick is not liable for business losses.
  4. You must follow any usage or storage instructions provided. Hidden Maverick is not liable for damage caused by misuse.
  5. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Hidden Maverick’s liability for other loss or damage is limited to a refund or replacement of the Products.


Warranty

  1. You have statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products. These rights are not affected by these Terms.
  2. If a Product is unsatisfactory, contact Hidden Maverick for replacement or refund.



Right to Cancel

  1. You may return Products for any reason within 14 working days of receipt.
  2. If the return is not due to a Hidden Maverick error or defect, you must cover return shipping costs.
  3. Products must be returned in a resaleable condition, unused and in the original packaging to:

  4. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of return.

Force Majeure

  1. Hidden Maverick is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.


Personal Data

  1. Personal data collected during orders is processed per our Privacy Policy.


Other Important Terms

  1. Hidden Maverick may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity.
  2. No third party has rights to enforce these Terms.
  3. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
  4. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver.


Governing Law

  1. For deliveries in:
    (a) England or Wales – English law; non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
    (b) Scotland – Scottish law; exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
    (c) Northern Ireland – Northern Irish law; exclusive jurisdiction of Northern Irish courts.
