How the Discovery Credit works
  • The £35 Discovery Credit is included with the purchase of the Hidden Maverick Discovery Duo.
  • The credit will be emailed once delivery has been confirmed by Shopify or the delivery carrier.
  • The credit is valid for 21 days from the confirmed delivery date.
  • The same customer and email address must be used for the Discovery Duo order and the subsequent full-size purchase.
  • The credit applies only to the full-size Hidden Maverick Day + Evening Duo.
  • It cannot be used separately against the Day or Evening moisturisers.
  • Only one Discovery Duo and one Discovery Credit are permitted per customer.
  • The credit may be redeemed once.
  • It cannot be combined with subscriptions, automatic discounts, promotional codes or other offers.
  • It applies to the product price only and does not cover delivery charges, duties or taxes.
  • It has no cash value and is non-transferable.
  • It cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • If the original Discovery Duo order is cancelled or refunded, the credit will not be issued or will be cancelled.
  • The 21-day period is calculated from the delivery date recorded by Shopify or the delivery carrier.
Delivery and returns

UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days. International orders may take 5–15 working days depending on your location and customs processing. We ship across the UK, EU, UAE, US and other worldwide locations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

We want to make returning a Hidden Maverick order as simple as possible. We're happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in the original packaging. To start the returns process, please contact our Customer Care Team by emailing contact@hiddenmaverick.com with your request, or contact us on live chat. Please include your order number, item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.

We cannot refund any tax, customs or duty charges that you may have incurred at the time of delivery.
