What ingredients do you use?

Our formulas combine botanical oils, floral waters, humectants, emollients and a preservation system selected for the finished formula. The complete INCI list is provided on the product packaging and on each product page.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our range is designed to be gentle yet effective, making it suitable for most skin types including sensitive skin. Skin can react to any cosmetic, including botanical and fragranced ingredients. If you have sensitive skin, review the full ingredient list and patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. 

Can men with oily skin use this?

Although the formula contains botanical oils, it has been designed with a light skin feel. Begin with a small amount and adjust according to your skin.

How much should I use?

We recommend using a small amount, the size of an almond for the face, and the same amount for the neck.  

Should I use this before or after sunscreen?

Apply our Day Moisturiser first, allow it to fully absorb (about 1 minute), then apply your sunscreen on top. If using a chemical sunscreen, this layering order ensures optimal efficacy of both products.

How long does one bottle last?

One 50ml bottle typically lasts 10-12 weeks with daily morning or evening use.

What is the shelf life of the product?

The shelf life if kept in normal conditions is 12 months after opening. We recommend keeping the product away from direct sunlight.

Our formulations prioritise natural, high-performance ingredients, which means you may occasionally notice slight changes in texture or appearance. This is completely normal and does not impact the effectiveness of the product. If you have any issues please contact us so that we can review it.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Hidden Maverick® products are never tested on animals.

Where do you ship to?

We ship across the UK, EU, and US. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Free UK delivery is offered.

Duty and taxes are included in the shipping costs for all other orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days. International orders may take 5–15 working days depending on your location and customs processing.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused, unopened products. Please contact us to initiate a return.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
